Dr Anna Kulińska

I am an attorney-at-law with a doctoral degree in law. I specialize in State aid law, European Union law, and administrative proceedings.

For nearly 20 years, I have worked on matters at the intersection of business, public administration and public funding. I gained experience in public administration, the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union in Brussels, Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK), as well as leading law firms.

My practice covers project controls, financial corrections, repayment of funding, project sustainability, SME status, ownership changes affecting funding recipients, and the liability of management board members for the repayment of public funds.

I also represent and advise businesses in administrative proceedings and proceedings before administrative courts.
