In connection with its business activities, dr Anna Kulińska Kancelaria Radcy Prawnego processes personal data. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to explain the principles governing the processing of personal data in connection with the use of the Law Firm’s website and to provide information on the fundamental rights of data subjects.

The Law Firm processes personal data of website users primarily for the purposes of enabling contact, conducting correspondence, and responding to enquiries submitted by email. Personal data may also be processed in order to comply with legal obligations applicable to the Controller and to ensure the security and proper functioning of the website.
Depending on the content of an enquiry or the nature of the contact, the personal data processed may include a person’s name, email address, telephone number, and other information voluntarily provided in the message. Providing personal data is voluntary, but may be necessary in order to receive a response or establish contact with the Law Firm.
Personal data may be disclosed only to entities providing technical and IT services to the Law Firm, in particular website hosting providers and providers of IT and email systems.
Personal data are not transferred to third countries or international organisations, except where the Controller uses tools provided by third-party service providers whose infrastructure may be located outside the European Economic Area, in particular tools provided by Google. In such cases, personal data are processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and on the terms set out in the privacy policies of the relevant service providers.
The Controller uses Google Search Console to monitor the website’s visibility in search results and to optimise its performance.
Google Search Console is not used to identify website users and does not provide the Controller with access to users’ personal data. Google may, however, process technical and statistical information relating to the operation of the website in accordance with its own privacy policy. The service is provided by Google LLC, based in the United States.
Personal data are retained for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected, in particular for the duration of correspondence or cooperation, and subsequently for the period required by applicable law or until the expiry of the limitation period for any potential claims.
Data subjects have the right to request access to their personal data, rectification or erasure of their data, restriction of processing, and to object to processing. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych). This is the English designation used by the Polish supervisory authority itself.
The Law Firm’s website uses only strictly necessary cookies required for its proper operation. The Law Firm does not use analytics or marketing cookies and does not profile website users. The website may contain links to external services, in particular to the Law Firm’s LinkedIn profile. The processing of personal data by the operators of those services is governed by their respective privacy policies.
The Controller implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorised access, disclosure, or alteration.
This Privacy Policy is reviewed on an ongoing basis and may be updated in response to changes in applicable law or in the operation of the website. The current version of this Privacy Policy is effective as of 1 January 2026.
All content published on this website, including in particular texts, graphics, and elements of visual identity, constitutes works protected under the Polish Act on Copyright and Related Rights and is subject to legal protection.
